Preeta Bansal has visceral hatred for Hindus and Hinduism. She played an instrumental role in pandering to the cabal of Marxists-Islamists-Evangelists in denying Mr. Modi a visa to the US. Madame Bansal acted as an Aunty Tom Indian. It is payback time.

By making the alleged recommendations without there being any cogent evidence in possession, Ms. Bansal soured relations between United States and India. She therefore abused her position at the instance of lobbyists. She is therefore of a weaker fabric and not meant to be a judge who should be rational in his/her approach.

Please do not elect a known racist to be a judge. In our country we do not even appoint a jury once he is doubted to be racist. we are talking about a judge here.

People like her should not be appointed. One must know the facts before speaking.

She was wrong in leading the process for PM Modi to deny US visa.

She does not know anything about Mr. Modi and I do not think she is able to do her this job or future public job.

If FBI or any other investigative agencies have time to investigate the persons and organizations that spearheaded the movement to persuade the U.S. Congress/Govt. to decide and declare Modi as a violator of human rights, they will discover that every one of those are against the U.S. Constitutionally declared human rights which are also endorsed by the U.N. Charter.

If she was really the one to deny the Visa to Modi, she should not be allowed to get this post for wrong doing.

People's trust of any judicial system depends on the non-partisan, rational, and objective attitude of its judges. By following a partisan and politically oriented attitude in urging the US govt. to deny the US Visa to Mr. Modi (now Prime Minister of India), Ms. Bansal has proved that she is incapable of holding an important judicial position in the NY state.

Penny wise pound foolish or both are foolish. The US acted rashly in denying VISA to Modi when Modi was the CM Gujarat duly elected under democratic process as prescribed in Constitution of Republic India. The US had insulted not only people of Gujarat but also the Indian government Indian Constitution, its judiciary and the democracy itself. The Government was lead by Nehruvian Congress party which had no sense to realize its insult. But we the people of India cannot forget the folly of the USa and the personnel dealt the matter of VISA.

Preeta Bansal is biased, vindictive and hence ignored the verdict of the Supreme Court of India in favour of Mr Modi! She does not deserve this position.

I would advocate denying Ms. Preeta Bansal any serious administrative position.  In my opinion she cannot operate fairly and equitably.  She was the major instigator for denying Shri Narendra Modi-ji in 2005 over her perception that Modi-ji is guilty of the 2002 riots that left 1000 Muslims dead. While the situation, according to Shri Modi himself, was indeed spine-chilling - it was not Mr. Modi's involvement. In fact Mr. Modi had got the army the very next day to take care of matters. Eventually the UPA-led Congress govt. had tried their utmost to get Modi hanged and charged for crimes that were falsely attributed to him. The Supreme Court of India absolved Modi of any and all crimes and allegations related to this ghastly incident.  That was not all: about a year ago there were 53 lawmakers from India who wrote a special letter to US President Barack Husein Obama to deny Shri Modi of any US visa. The FBI forensic lab in San Diego examined the letter and confirmed that all signatures were authentic. That means indeed all the 53 signatories were members of the Indian Parliament.  This vindictiveness and minority (Muslim) appeasement of the Congress and other parties were exclusively meant for the vote-bank politics.

Ms. Bansal intentionally played into the hands of the Muslim politicians (such as Congressman Keith Ellison [D-MN]) to zealously pursue the case for denying Modi the US visa in 2005 and hence shaming the Hindus.

It is thus time for Hindu Americans to zealously pursue the case, leaving no stone unturned, to have Ms. Preeta Bansal shown her place. USA is a place for free speech and righteousness. Why give Ms. Bansal one more chance to try to denigrate Hindus? Would Muslims, Christians or Jewish people have accepted a similar form of denigration?

Some people are not worthy of the job. To prove themselves worth they do many inappropriate things. By her previous actions Preeta D. Bansal has proved that she is wholly unworthy person for the job.
