It is easer for the employees to fly and not worry about the cash it just comes out of your check, also if you don't get the flight you have to worry about getting the refund.

Please don't take away the payroll deduction option!

I love the way non rev travel is deducted from paychecks
Makes it easy to take care of and easy to travel
I don't want to pay upfront for the POSSIBILITY of getting on flight.

I like the payroll deduction . Why do I want to pay before and don't know if my dependent s can get on or not...if you have to pay before getting on flight and you don't make the flight how do you get your money back....

Because that is one of the benefits offered and if start with taking this away then they will take away a lot of other benefits

Because it is easier to just pay after travel going standby

Prefer to keep payment for non-rev charges by payroll deduction.

Many flight attendants barley have enough money to pay rent. Paying up front will be very difficult for most of the flight attendant. There will be many who will quit because the benefits are the only thing that even makes this job worth it.

Payroll Deduction is the Best Option

There's no need to fix what isn't broken!

As a D2R my chances of getting first class are slim so I would rather not have American holding part of my fixed income for possibly lengthy periods of time.

Because why should we pay up front for something we may not use? The USAir way is not necessarily the right way or the most cost effective for the employee. This company makes it abundantly clear we are nothing to them. Undervalued

Because I enjoy the benefit of payroll deduction. It is so easy.

Using payroll deduction allows us the freedom to nonrev and use our D3 passes as we see fit. The company gets their money and we have one less thing to worry about. Requesting a refund would be complicating an already simple process and it ties up our money. That is not a luxury I can afford as a new hire. I am comfortable with change and am looking forward to implementing the best of both companies but this is one example of "don't fix what isn't broken".

I am an aa retiree. After all those years, more changes? It is hard enough to keep up with everything.

This system works for non-rev travel. We payroll deduct for uniforms , same should apply for travel as it always has.

I'm so sick of CEO's taking advantage of the people that's making this company go round.
