20 minutes from Dublin yet it feels like we're in another world.  Broadband is long overdue here in Longwood with a whole community waiting in anticipation. We can't even get mobile broadband here so it should be one of the first places for installation of fixed line.

This is just disgraceful that we are not on the list of rural areas to be connected and were not included in other areas if you count the houses of each area and they are goin to connect 20 houses in Dundeery how does this make sense and not a growing village like ours in longwood no sense at all !!

I'm living in longwood 11years now and it's disgraceful that broadband has not been set up here. We have a new primary and secondary school in our village, 5 housing estates and many people trying 2 run businesses from home or study. How can they update existing broadband when we haven't even got a service? concentrate on accessing areas 1st then update!!

Because when I'm home from the UK, I/ we have to travel to get access to important items via the internet. It would be great just to be able to do it from home
