Douglas Oliver and his mother Deborah Perkins have killed 3 ppl most recent Sept 29, 2012 how this man is out on bond is beyond me ...he killed Jessie and drove her body 2 towns over left her for 16 days in a empty lot in Washington Park Illinois until the Major Case Squad found her :( he is a danger to society and will kill again if St Clair County Illinois does not STOP him!!!

Until someone is held accountable this problem will only get larger. i say this as a recovering addict who has fourteen years sobriety after twenty years of using.

This is a damn shame! These dealers, and the people that "drop" off bodies need to be held responsible for their actions! There is NO reason why him and his mother should be let out of jail! NO REASON!!!! ILLINOIS STAND UP TO THE DAMN PLATE AND DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS DRUG PROBLEM!!!!

Its a slap in the face to the community of fairview hgts, to have these people in their community. Also the families that have lost not 1 but 2 women there just this summer. These people are not fit to be in society. Get them off the streets before another dies at their house.

Had they been children of someone in a powerful position these killers would have never been release to kill yet again. Where is the justice here? We are all someone's child no matter how hold we get! Prayers to the families of those lost.
