Rail bed was always a multi use trail education and enforcement would go a long way Once the trail was used by me and other horse owners to enjoy riding or wagons now with the Baricades that can no longer happen The trail should not be just for some

OPEN THE TRAILWAY TO RECREATIONAL VEHICLES! By taking away this, you are leaving young people with nothing to do in their spare time. This is part of living in CBS, its part of the attraction to the area for many homeowners.

I signed this petition because I feel it is not the location that people are using atv's or dirt bikes, but rather the people that are using them. The age and insurance restrictions are what needs to be changed and enforced more strictly

I signed this petition because I think it's quite unfair that the trail way was taken away without no replacement trail.

We need this, and it would help greatly with tourist attractions and for the people who live here in the province!

Since the construction of a trail for ATV users wasn't fullfilled as promised I believe that the railway bed should be left to all walkers/joggers and ATV users. I grew up in CBS and spent a lot of time using the railway while it was still in service & after its demise. I used it as as short cut to a friends, picked berries off the track, walked it many a day to go for a swim in the Canyon. It holds many memories of my youth. My teenage daughter & I have come across a few sketchy incidents walking the trailway over the past year or so. There is a lot less traffic since it became illegal for ATV users. I don't own an ATV myself but I felt a lot safer when there was regular traffic on the trailway.

We frequently use these trails on ski-doo or quad.Do the people who make these decisions use the trails?

I have a 3 year old riding a dirtbike and we have no where for him to learn to ride. The trail would be an awesome place for him to learn his basic skills.

A little late for this. I have a maverick Xrs 1000r. Live on the tracks and much rather the way it's operating now. Trailer you're bikes!

CBS is to cheap to make walking trails (probaly because of the new councle building)so they take the tracks. Atvs and walkers always managed to use it before besides for the FEW IDIOTS. Cheaper ticket for driving on the road. We should have paraid, call it "the thousand bike March". Every one with a bike in CBS get together and drive right down the main road.

I sign the petition, because we like to get on our quad and drive up the track for a run or to visit our friends or just for the seanary.
