We have to pay more water taxes because we are short on the budget but when he asked where does the money come from for the soil examination M.Carrier said it came from the water budget so really they are not missing water money to cover the year 2013 .. M. Thibodeau asked a question that he already knew the answer ... Where does that 150000$ come from ...
