(Johannesburg , 2017-06-22)

#25

I am about to become a Mancosa student again at postgraduate level; this practise of writing exams in one week must come to an end!! It is too much pressure and increases the likelihood of failing.

#38

I totally agree. . It is very stressful and there is too much pressure

(Pretoria , 2017-06-22)

#45

I feel what they have already said I agree

(Diepkloof, 2017-06-22)

#46

(Durban, 2017-06-22)

#49

I'm signing this petition as I am employed full-time and it's extremely pressurising in terms of work load and leave that it puts one under duress to fulfil both work and exams

(Northcliff, Johannesburg, 2017-06-22)

#52

There's too much pressure on exams being scheduled for a week as we have full time Jobs and families to take care of.

rmakwela

(Johannesburg, 2017-06-22)

#57

i want to write two modules per week and not 4 modules in 1 week, we need more time to study. the same goes for supplementary exams that way the passing rate will be increased too.

(WINDHOEK, 2017-06-22)

It will help achive better results by spearding the exams over a longer period

(Durban, 2017-06-22)

#66

I trust that the exams over 2 weeks will give better results

(Cape town, 2017-06-22)

(Cape Town, 2017-06-22)

#68

I agree with this petition

(Cape Town, 2017-06-22)

#69

Exams should be written over two weeks

(cape town, 2017-06-22)

#70

It's very difficult with a full time job and a family. I think writing exams over two weeks can eliviate a lot of pressure.

(Cape Town, 2017-06-22)

#71

To achieve better results, to have more preparation time. Students work and study and they need more time to prepare.

(Cape town, 2017-06-22)

#72

Am a student at Mancosa and support the petition to write exams over 2 weks

(east london, 2017-06-22)

#73

I cannot cope with the amount of papers for exams in one week, becomes stressful

(Gauteng, 2017-06-22)

#74

Exams should be written in 2 weeks instead of 1, as cramping 4 exams in 1 week is quite tiring

(Durban, 2017-06-22)

#75

I support the petition

(Mthatha, 2017-06-22)

#76

To have more prepartion time and have a more relaxed mindset than to be anxious about your next exam while trying to concerntrate on your current exam.

(Cape Town, 2017-06-22)

#77

Us as part-time students need more preparation time and a break in between. I also would like to write examinations over a 2 week period.

(Cape Town, 2017-06-22)

#78

I feel it's unfair writing the whole 4 subjects in one week

(Kempton park, 2017-06-22)

#79

Exams are stressful and more time is needed for studying

(Durban, 2017-06-22)

#80

I am in agreement that our exams are exhausting to write 4 papers on one week.

(Richards bay, 2017-06-22)

#81

I do support idea of writing least two module per week, honestly 4 modules per week it a strain to us.

(Pretoria, 2017-06-22)

#82

I would like exams to be spread over 2 weeks as we work full time and have families

(Cape town, 2017-06-22)

#83

I fully agree with the sentiments of the letter. Being a family man, student and a full time employee, it is hard to find time to study. Two weeks seems to be feasible.

(Johannesburg, 2017-06-22)

#84

As a full time employee in a management position taking continuous time off puts undue pressure on myself to concentrate on my studies

(Cape Town , 2017-06-22)

#86

Academic content is not up to standard. Impossible to communicate with markers and lecturers. It is a challenge to resolve valid queries without payment. Student support is a serious mountain climb. Remove payments for disputes. It is unfair to charge students with valid reasoning that are unforseen circumstances. The unprofessional manner in communication from some of the staff. Who actually are under the assumption we need them and they don't need us. Lack of proper feedback on assignments by markers. Clustered exam schedule. I will hold it at this point. But theres more.

(Cape Town, 2017-06-22)

#87

Writing 4 subjects a week is insane. If other institutions can do it so can MANCOSA. You are just passing the buck too easily. Consider us as well as we are paying a lot of money. Surely you can accomodate us. And please make room for more venues... urgently

(Cape Town, 2017-06-22)

#88

I am signing this petition because I agree that we write exams at MANCOSA over two weeks and not one week.

(Durban , 2017-06-22)

#89

I am signing this petition because I agree that exams should be scheduled over a two week period.

(Cape Town, 2017-06-22)

#90

Im in favour of two weeks examination since we working.

(durban, 2017-06-22)

#91

It is very difficult to write four different papers in one week ,I don't have enough time to focus on different modules, and my goal to obtain my qualification in record time without failing .

(Pretoria, 2017-06-22)

#92

J Dlamini

(Johannesburg, 2017-06-22)

#94

I feel students including myself cannot write 4 modules in one week. There should be a break of atleast 3 to 4 days in between after writing the first 2 modules. I hope MANCOSA adhere to this.

(Cape Town, 2017-06-22)

#95

1 week is not enough to revise

(port louis, 2017-06-22)

#96

Because I got so stressed and sleepless nights through that week to an extent that I battled to focus during studying the next modules. And that lead to failing some modules

(Johannesburg, 2017-06-22)

#97

Writing all module for exam in the same week leaves little time in between papers. It's stressful. Would prefer a day in between papers

(Pietermaritsburg , 2017-06-22)

#98

I agree that we should right 2 subjects per week

(Kzn, 2017-06-22)

#99

I agree with the petition

(Durban, 2017-06-22)

#101

Because it's very difficult to write in just one week. A lot of content is studied and placing all in one week makes it stressful and impacts our results negatively. Exams should be spaced out.

(Richards Bay, 2017-06-22)

#102

I agree that writing 4 exams in one week is exhausting and is not beneficial. I believe we need to spread the exams out.

(Johannesburg , 2017-06-22)

#104

* I'm signing because...I am a Mancosa student as well, and I fully agree with what is written in this petition it really affects me.if other institutions can do it, Mancosa can do it as well

(durban, 2017-06-22)

#105

I prefer writing exams in a 2 week period

(Durban, 2017-06-22)

#106

Exams should be over two weeks not one

(Pietermaritzburg , 2017-06-23)

#109

Please we really need 2 wèek. We want to pass

(Mpumalanga , 2017-06-23)

#110

I'm also a mancosa student

(Johannesburg, 2017-06-23)

#111

I also agree with the exams being scheduled for two weeks.

(Cape Town , 2017-06-23)

#112

It's too stressful writing everything in one week

(Johannesburg, 2017-06-23)

#113

I agree with the author of the petition.

(Cape Town , 2017-06-23)

#114

As Mancosa Students; we are here pleading with the college to please reschedule that we write 2 subjects per week instead of writting the whole 4 subjects in one week. Its draining and putting us in lot of pressure; it has come to our attention that lot of students have tried to bring this forward but to this day it has not been attended to. We all have one goal which is to pass our Diplomas/Degrees/Masters in order for us to be able to get better opportunities in terms of growth.

The other thing is this courses are expensive and we cannot afford to repeat the modules; we want to pass and by doing so we strongly need your help .

We will be happy to write 2 modules per week and i can promise you that if you do this................MANCOSA will also improve their PASS RATE.

I thank YOU

(Middleburg, 2017-06-23)

#116

I prefer to have break between each subject.

(jhb, 2017-06-23)

#117

I have experienced this challenge.

(Durban, 2017-06-23)

#118

I can't write 4subjects in one week

(Centurion, 2017-06-23)

#119

Due to constant work pressures as well as personal life issues I believe spreading the exam time table(similar to the way assignments are spread out) can really help us as students to apply ourselves more effectively. As we well know most of us are in work positions that require our attention even if we are on leave. I am sure it will also take lot of pressure of Mancosa staff from students.

(Cape Town, 2017-06-23)

#120

Its very difficult to study for 4 subjects due in one week!! We want to write over 2 weeks!!

(pretoria, 2017-06-23)

#121

The writing of exams in two weeks....

(Pietermaritzburg , 2017-06-23)

(Johannesburg, 2017-06-23)

#123

Need a gap in between my axams

(port Elizabeth, 2017-06-23)

#125

I as a student am struggling with writing all my exams in one week. I can't cope with the pressure, stress. This leads to me not getting the marks I would normally aim for cause of the pressure

(Durban, 2017-06-23)

#126

I want to pass. Mancisa is not fair to us. They must supply us with scope and exams cant be written everyday.

(Johannesburg, 2017-06-23)

#127

I also feel that writing all the modules in one week is draining and very stressful.

(Durban, 2017-06-23)

#128

i would like to write the exams in a two week duration instead of one

(Durban, 2017-06-23)

#129

Writing exams in 1 week is really exhausting! If we wrote for 2 weeks it will have us even students to enter that exam venue with a whole lot of confidence too.

(Durban, 2017-06-24)

#130

Its also affecting me, I feel the same as the above students.

(East London , 2017-06-24)

#131

It is painful to have to write all the exams in one week.

(Polokwane, 2017-06-24)

#132

I am also affected as a working student and who would like to improve pass rate. It is very hard to write exam in one week.

(Johannesburg, 2017-06-24)

#134

As a part time student and having a full time job, writing exams one after the other puts a lot of strain on me.

(Johannesburg , 2017-06-26)

#135

I would like to write exams twice a week.

(Johannesburg , 2017-06-26)

#136

I want my exams spaced and not scheduled so close to each othe

(Johannesburg , 2017-06-26)

I'm a student at Mancosa.

(Johannesburg, 2017-06-26)

#138

I would like to write my 4 modules over 2 weeks. 2 modules a week. One the Monday and the other a Friday, giving students enough time to prepare and study for their modules.

(East London , 2017-06-26)

#139

I too am a student and struggling with the same issue and have written to mancosa with no satisfied answer.

(Johannesburg, 2017-06-26)

#140

4 exams in 5 days is to much

(East london , 2017-06-27)

#142

* i am signing because it is so hard for me to grab everything in one week it is too much for me as i am working too, i normally dont get enough leave days at work to prepare.

(Johannesburg, 2017-06-27)

#143

This year I had a break down on my last paper. I too exhaust, my brain just couldn't take it any more. I personally prefer to write at 2pm not9am.

(Durban , 2017-06-27)

#144

I fully support the request.

(East London, 2017-06-27)

#145

I agree....it causes alot of strain and even emotional tiredness.

(Kuilsriver, 2017-06-27)

#146

Not enough time to prepare

(Windhoek, 2017-06-27)

#147

I think its very draining to write 4 subjects in a week. To make it even worse sometimes one has a module to rewrite.

(Windhoek, 2017-06-27)

#148

I fully agree with the petition. We're being put under intense stress for no apparent reason.

(Joburg, 2017-06-28)

#150

i want to go ahead with this decision.

(Mauritius, 2017-06-29)

#151

I 100% agree with the statement above.

(Johannesburg, 2017-07-02)

#152

I feel the way we are writing exams right is very exhausting and there's too much pressure. I agree with the pertition

(Durban, 2017-08-10)
