Has the Russian Government forgotten their proposed wording of an additional Article (31) for the 1948 Universal Declaration of Human Rights proclaimed by the United Nations on the 10th Dec that year.

They were that, "The human and civic rights and fundamental freedoms enumerated in the present Declaration shall be guaranteed by national laws. Any violation or limitation of these rights, whether direct or indirect, shall be deemed to violate the present Declaration and to be incompatible with the high principles proclaimed in the United Nations Charter".

Although this amendment was defeated by a vote of 48 against to 8 for it, that didn't prevent the Russian Government from guaranteeing those rights "by national laws" for all Russian citizens from Jan 1949 did it?

Perhaps Stalin used it as an excuse for not doing so but he could have taken the 'moral high ground' had Russia enacted laws to do so, when many 'western states' have still not done so.

Maybe all UN Member States are the same, but just wear different labels of Capitalism or Socialism or even Despotism, and the truth is that neither intends to comply with their International Human Rights obligations until the people overthrow all Governments. But they've got all the guns and bombs to stop that, in the name of 'National Security' which is really just their security of tenure not ours.

http://www.oneiskcon.com/2012/04/us-attorney-michael-stein-personally-vouched-for-radhanath-swamis-credibility-2/

“As far as what Janmastami dasa has written on the Internet, every single allegation against me is totally false. I was not involved in any criminal activity.”

“On a personal note, I have nothing against Janmastami Prabhu and only wish the best for him.

Your servant,
Radhanath Swami”

Janamastami das, John Sinkowski
Janmashtami das, was actually one of the three devotees asked by Radhanatha Swami to kill Sulochan (the other two being Tirtha Das and Tapahpunja Swami). Radhanath tried to involve Janmastami at various points leading up the killing of Sulocana but he was not present on the night of the actual murder, which was carried out by Tirtha das alone. Janmastami wrote in his article:

"In January of 1986, on my return to New Vrindaban, I was ordered by Radhanath to neutralize Sulocana. Three of us were ordered by Radhanath, not by Kirtanananda Swami, to terminate Sulocana. This happened with Tapah Punja Swami and Tirtha in November and December of 1985. I was on SKP until Christmas and didn't get back to the farm until New Years. Immediately on our arrival at New Vrindaban, Radhanath sought me out and made arrangements for us to meet in his van, where he went through a prepared speech that he had delivered to Tirtha, Tapah Punja Swami and Kuladri many times before. Later talks with Tirtha confirmed this." -- Janmashtami Das, "New Vrindaban History, for the Record", ( December 22, 2006)

New Vrindaban: It's All Over Now, Bar the Cover-up

BY: KRSNANANDA DASA

Dec 30, 2007 USA (SUN) — The Truth, as we are assured by sastra, has finally come out into the open and somewhat bumpy fields of 'New Vrindaban'.

Tirtha brutally murdered Chakranadi, and a short while later Chakranadi's infant son was suffocated in an abandoned fridge.
old picture of Chakradhari das

Later, Triyogi dasa bashed in the head of Kirtanananda with a heavy pipe, enraged by the realization that the exclusive eleven paramahamsas were never appointed 'to be gurus' by Srila Prabhupada; his anger was compounded by the fact that Kirtanananda was currently an active homosexual pedophile presenting himself as a 'guru'.

Sulocana Prabhu, who had had his wife and children taken away by Kirtanananda's nasty manipulations, was blamed for this head-bashing by Triyogi dasa. Sulocana had written the ground-breaking expose "The Guru Business" (still available on line) and was known as the sworn enemy of Kirtanananda. In "The Guru Business", the guru-fraud perpetrated by the GBC post November 1977 is documented along with Kirtanananda's deep-seated sexual predilections. Triyogi's attack was thought to have been inspired by Sulocana Prabhu.

While Kirtanananda lay recovering in hospital, Radhanatha decided to murder Sulocana. Tapa Punj would oversee the murder. Tirtha, with Janmastami as assistant/driver, would be the killer. Tirtha had proven himself with his murder of Chakranadi, and Janmastami had military experience in Vietnam. This plan went up the line to Kirtanananda in hospital who gave approval. Kuladri at the bedside of Kirtanananda had already consulted with Radhanatha and through Kuladri news of the plan reached the other leaders of New Vrindaban: Malati, Devamrita, Candramauli, and Umapati. However, at the same time, Tirtha was letting the cat out of the bag by informing various persons, such as Yudhistra in L.A., of the coming murder. Tirtha's line was that the murder was bona fide as Kirtanananda was a pure devotee and it would be a devotional plus to assist.
Chakradhari das murdered
by Tirtha, Thomas Dresher

Tirtha's stupid mouthing about the coming murder and requests for assistance only served to advertise further the murder plan back to practically all residents of New Vrindaban. In fact, the plan quickly went all over the ISKCON grapevine. Hence, when Radhanatha was to be approved as a guru to wear the shoes of the incarcerated Kirtanananda, one of the conditions of the well-informed GBC was that he should not be charged as conspirator murderer. (At this point, it is interesting to note that the GBC condition was not that Radhanatha should have had nothing to do with the murder, only that he not be charged with the murder. All the GBC members knew, then as now, that Radhanatha was involved. Apparently, this is a secret GBC standard: to be rubber-stamped an ISKCON 'guru', one can be a murderer of devotees, but not a publicly known murderer of devotees.)

Interestingly, the police were feeding the murder plotters in New Vrindaban information about the whereabouts of Sulocana Prabhu from his captured diary. The police were knowingly encouraging the murder, hoping that this would give them the excuse to charge into New Vrindaban and bust Kirtanananda, thus hopefully bringing down the whole commune. The police, "to protect and serve", cared little about Sulocana - he was just a pawn to them. This activity by the police of knowingly encouraging Sulocana's murder is of course illegal. So, after the murder there was an unwritten and understood pact between the police and Radhanath: Radhanath keeps quite about the police role, and the police keep quite about Radhanath's role - providing of course Radhanath helps them put Kirtanananda away. Radhanath complied.

One night in L.A., Tirtha, with Janmastami as driver, found Sulocana Prabhu parked up in his mobile home. Sulocana was shot in the head through a window while sitting at his word processor (we are informed).

After the murder, Tirtha and Janmastami split up. Tirtha under close police surveillance was soon picked up. Janmastami left for India, Vrindaban initially, and then after a few months settled in the less conspicuous Gurugoan project of Kirtanananda just south of Delhi. Soon at this time, Tapo-punja also turned up in India, following the route of Janmastami. In India, Janmastami started to have deep feelings of guilt and regret for his role and thus is now speaking the truth about the murder. He takes honest responsibility for his role, but feels that he was manipulated by Radhanath into the murder as he was a disciple of Kirtanananda, whom he now rejects.

Following the murder, the word quickly went out all over ISKCON. In North America to ensure silence, a number of devotees were threatened, beaten or had their property destroyed by mysterious fires. In just a few months, Sulocana's son was to drown mysteriously in New Vrindaban. The message was clear.

Immediately after the shooting, there was a sudden requirement for flight from justice money. Dharmatma, the moneyed sankirtana boss of New Vrindaban, was entreated by Radhanatha to supply funds, but Dharmatma, first of all, didn't want to release the large amount of cash, but also feared the legal implications of supplying money to murderers for their flight from justice. As Dharmatma had balked, Radhanath went to Kirtanananda and told him the situation. Radhanatha was particularly desperate at this time because the murderers if caught would implicate him as the mastermind. The solution was that Dharmatma would give the money directly to Kirtanananda, thereby he, Dharmatma, would not have given the money directly to Radhanatha, i.e., Dharmatma had plausible deniability. Thus Kirtanananda received the cash but made the mistake of putting his fingerprints all over it by counting it before passing it on to Kirtanananda. However at the subsequent trial this was not seen as ultimate proof of his complicit involvement in the murder.

With the darkening cloud of legal proceedings hanging over them, all the murder conspirators and leaders of New Vrindaban swore an oath of silence not to implicate one another in the murder and to support one another always. This oath has been followed to this day like a secret society within ISKCON and the GBC.

Subsequently, Kirtanananda and Tirtha dutifully took the fall for the murder. Radhanath who has attained the heights (or depths) as an ISKCON guru is now a protected kingpin with his societal power and influence, helpful to the New Vrindaban cabal, but he recognizes that he is beholding, especially to Tirtha and Kirtanananda; hence he has always kept good relations with these jailmates, knowing that they could really blow his cover. However Janmastami by speaking the truth has bravely put the cat amongst the pigeons. We must praise Janmastami for his honesty. Those that know him personally know that he is a sincere devotee that was badly manipulated by Radhanatha. He is now on the path of purification by telling the plain truth of the whole sordid affair and by living in a mood of repentance.

Can we expect the same truth, penance and repentance from Radhanath, Tirtha, Tapo-punj, Kuladri, Malati, Devamrita, Candramauli, Umapati, even the GBC, many of whom knew that Radhanath was the murder mastermind even as they were rubberstamping him 'guru'? Of course not. All the above New Vrindaban leaders stayed on for years at New Vrindaban knowing well that Kirtanananda and Radhanatha had been involved in the murder of their godbrother, Sulocana dasa. It suited them to keep quiet about the murder, homosexuality, abuse and pedophilia in New Vrindaban then, and it is highly unlikely that they are going to speak the truth now, especially when some have been rubber-stamped as ISKCON 'guru' and reached the GBC body with covert help from one another. Instead, we will get the usual personal denials and ad hominem attacks on Janmastami dasa and the attempts to sweep the matter under the carpet. But, as the lying, maneuverings, and denials go on for months and months, Radhanath, Tirtha, Tapo-punj, Kuladri, Malati, Devamrita, Candramauli, Umapati, and the GBC, should realize that it's too late: we all know the facts now and that by lying and denying they are only further straying from the truth and only serving to disgrace themselves. Better that they resign their positions within the society and go with just a little dignity.

"The Truth will Out" and is now out.

Factual Errors in the article of Krsnananda dasa

BY: ANONYMOUS

Jan 4, 2007 USA (SUN) — This is in reply to the recent article by Krsnananda dasa, "New Vrindaban: It's All Over Now, Bar the Cover-up", which contained certain errors.

Unfortunately, I know a whole lot more about this New Vrndavana murder case than I care to. I will point out what I know to be the inaccuracies in this article. Frankly some points are somewhat inconsequential, but if the writer is wrong on certain very public facts it lends some doubt to the overall presentation. Given the issue being discussed it is clear that every and all effort must be made to make sure the truth is being told and old scores not being revenged through the medium of the Sampradaya Sun using unsupported assertions or gossip.

Quoting from the article:

"One night in L.A., Tirtha, with Janmastami as driver, found Sulocana Prabhu parked up in his mobile home. Sulocana was shot in the head through a window while sitting at his word processor (we are informed)."

The first point of fact is that Tirtha was alone when the actual murder occurred. Tirtha was assisted prior to the murder by Los Angeles devotee, Krsna Katha dasa, and at various points that night he was in the company of this Krsna Katha fellow. Krsna Katha several months later was arrested and threatened with being charged as an accessory to the murder. Eventually he was granted immunity in exchange for quite damning testimony, which was instrumental in gaining Tirtha’s conviction.

Janamastami was involved at various points leading up the killing but was not present on the night of the actual murder. Secondly, Sulocana Prabhu was shot immediately upon getting into his van after having exited the home of a devotee he was visiting. I suppose his van could be considered a “mobile home” but it certainly gives the reader the impression Sulocana Prabhu was sitting in his trailer house and was shot through the window.

Third, Sulocana was not working on his computer. According to the homicide detectives who I was initially interviewed by, and eventually became friendly with, the evidence at the scene indicated Sulocana's murder was a classic ambush killing. They were quite certain that mere seconds elapsed between Sulocana getting into his van and Tirtha (who was laying in wait in a nearby rental car) rushing up and firing through the driver’s side window.

"After the murder, Tirtha and Janmastami split up."

They could not have “split up”, again because Janamastami was not there.

"Tirtha under close police surveillance was soon picked up."

Tirtha was never under close surveillance. He was a suspect in a first degree murder case who was being actively pursued by the police, thus the second Tirtha's whereabouts (which Tirtha was making quite the effort to conceal) became known to law enforcement, he was immediately arrested. Thankfully cops don't let suspected serial murderers run around loose so they can "surveillance" them.

"Subsequently, Kirtanananda and Tirtha dutifully took the fall for the murder."

Keith Ham did not even come close to taking any kind of a "fall". Quite to the contrary, Keith Ham made every effort to lie his way out of this legal disaster that had landed flat in the middle of his little kingdom, especially, of course, all the murders committed in connection with the criminal enterprise which was laughingly being referred to as "New Vrndavana". The guilty plea he made in his second trial was prompted when Tirtha unexpectedly got up on the stand for the prosecution and began being completely truthful about Mr. Ham's involvement in Sulocana's killing.

Radhanatha Proven Murderer
Radhanath Swami (Richard Slavin) ordered and paid for the murder of Sulocana

8) When we see how past New Vrindavan leaders interact with this convicted murderer Tirtha Das it follows a very peculiar pattern. Every one of them is lightning quick to defend his character and point out his wonderful spiritual qualities. Wait a minute, is this the same Tirtha Das who brutally killed devotee Chakradhari Das (Charles St. Denis):

"Prosecutors said St. Denis was shot a dozen times, stabbed, beat with a hammer and finally suffocated with plastic wrap placed in his mouth before he was buried." - Associated Press (August 31, 1986)

Or as another reporter has described it:

"Chuck St. Denis did not die easy. Two gunmen pumped twelve .22 caliber rounds into him. He was stabbed repeatedly in the chest with a kitchen knife and a screwdriver. As the life fled from him he howled like a dog. His cranium was fractured with a hammer. He opened his eyes and spoke to his killers after they were sure he was finally dead. His killers buried him under a stream, which is probably a good way to make a spirit unquiet, if such a thing can be done." -- Charles Carreon, "Killer Krishnas from Inner Space"

This is the person whom people like Malati, Umapati, Radhanatha Swami and Candramauli Swami glorify as the perfect devotee. Below is exactly what Malati (ex-Swami) says about the person who shot Chakradhari Das a dozen times, then stabbed him with a kitchen knife, then stabbed him with a screw driver, then bashed his head with a hammer, and when he still wouldn't die, wrapped plastic over his mouth to suffocate him:

"The person who was charged with and admitted to the murders of Steve Bryant and St. Denis is Thomas Drescher, aka Tirtha das, who is in prison for life.

"Shoot him!" Drescher screamed at Reid. "Shoot him!"
St. Denis was hit twelve times. He crumpled and went down. But then, almost immediately, as Reid and Drescher watched in amazement, he struggled back onto his feet and half staggered, half ran back down the path toward the Blazer.
Drescher dropped his gun, ran after St. Denis, and dove into him, hitting him behind the knees. The big man went down. Drescher rolled him over and climbed onto his heaving chest.
"Get a knife!" Drescher yelled at Reid.
Reid felt like he was going to vomit. For an instant he thought about running away, but he was afraid if he did, Drescher would come after him and kill him, too. He ran into the cabin and came out with a kitchen knife.
"Chant!" Drescher was screaming. "Start chanting!"
Drescher thought he was doing St. Denis one last favor. Krishna had preached, "Those who remember me at the time of death will come to me. Do not doubt this." By forcing St. Denis to chant, Drescher thought he was guaranteeing him a more spiritual life in his next incarnation.
Drescher grabbed the knife and stabbed St. Denis. Again and again. Hard and deep. Finally, the blade hit a rib and snapped.
St. Denis fought on, shrieking in agony, coughing blood, and gasping for breath. Reid found a hammer and Drescher hit him with that, punching a one-inch hole in his skull. St. Denis went limp.
Drescher and Reid dragged St. Denis down the logging road to the dammed-up stream. They dumped the body on the swampy ground. Reid picked up one end of a plastic sheet, about to wrap St. Denis's head in it, when the big man opened his eyes.
"Don't do that, you'll smother me," he said.
Reid screamed—a long, piercing scream of pure terror.

the concept of "right and wrong" had died, along with their karma, and that was final. their guru maharaj was going to take all their sufferings and they were going to go right on sinning until they got tired of doing it. one example of this was Charles St. Dennis, Chakradhari das.

The st dennis murder was well documented in the book monkey on a stick and to a large degree that reporting was accurate but there were a number of glaring fictions. for one thing, the rape story was just a cover that tirtha used to get Kirtanananda Swami to sanction his actions. drescher would fly it by his "spiritual authority" before he would whack anyone and this, he felt, would give himan aura of spiritual invincibility since he was serving a pure devotee of the Lord.

Tirtha and Vrindapati had robbed a van full of moonies who came by the palace for a visit. they had spent the weekend at New Vrindaban and while they were taken on a final "special" tour, their van was was broken into and robbed for several hundred dollars in cash. when the moonies returned from the tour to their burglarized van, drescher simply told them to leave. he was that kind of a guy. as the bus driver, he could terrorize a whole van full of gurukula or nursery school kids into complete silence.

the gurukula in dallas had just closed under the scandal over what had happened there and "the usual suspects", the four amigos from the dallas debacle reassembled at New Vrindaban under the protection of Kirtanananda Swami, himself already sampling the fruits of the tree of his gurukula. he was in need of a head master because the last headmaster was accused of abusing his male students and to take some pressure off the situation, Kirtanananda Swami propsed replacing Ronald Nay (gopinath das, radha Vrindaban chandra swami, rvc swami) with the sharpest tool in the bag coming from the dallas collapse. this was one Gary Gardiner (Sri Galima das, sri G) of san antonio, texas.

he had gotten initiated and instructed to work in the gurukula for the rest of his life, but the child molestations that ended his gurukula career failed to properly end his life. still living in the pittsburg/ New Vrindaban area this unrepentant, unconvicted, and as yet, uncharged child molester is still very tight in his communications with nvc management and spiritual heirarchy. his wife occasionally visits and always asks when it will be alright for sri galima to return. James Prins (saci pita, siri, dutchy, mr. saci) pays even less regard to the feelings of his victims and, in fact, is still on the trail of the children he molested in their youth.

When drescher thought of a plan to kill Chakradhari, he knew he would need help. Dan Reid (Daruka das) was the office boy to Howard Fawley (Dulal Chandra das), the multimillionaire office manager of the New Vrindaban criminal empire. dulal was a megalomaniac that had funded and escaped from the Prasadam Distributors Inc (PDI) drug bust on the left coast. that bust altered ISKCON drug operations from a corporate funded and supported source of fund raising to a private endeavour that might or might not financially benefit the movement, but it certainly wouldn't implicate ISKCON in the traffic that produced the results that they enjoyed. chakradhari had bought a piece of land with a structure on it from tirtha when tirtha found out that the resident thug job wasn't all it was cracked up to be. Chakradhari still owed tirtha $ 5,000 for the house that tirtha had sold him. the well had caved in and st dennis was holding the $5,000 in escrow in case he had to get the well cleaned out for the up coming growing season. Chakradhari had given Tirtha all winter and nothing had happened. tirtha had moved and needed money and he had decided he would wait no longer.

Chakradhari was not intimidated by Tirtha, but he did however, underestimate the treachery of his opponent. this judgmental error cost him his life.

The rape story would work. Daruka's wife Vrisni, was having sex with Chakradhari and Daruka wanted him dead for that. He didn't want him dead bad enough to do it, but he had agreed to help tirtha get rid of the body if tirtha would do it. now all it needed was "spiritual sanction".... Jambu was on vacation, breaking in his new 14 year old wife, so Dewitt Hill (Dayavira das) was personal servant and cook for Kirtanananda Swami when tirtha arrived at the door. tirtha hadn't been to the morning services, mangal arti, so to be at Kirtanananda Swami's door this early, it must have been something important. tirtha said he was having a problem with someone and he wanted to know if his understanding of scripture was correct.

Bhagavad Gita 1:36 says that six kinds of aggressors should be killed at once and no sin is incurred if such persons are killed.

two of those types of aggressors are one who plunders your riches and one who aggresses against your wife. tirtha asked, "is this still our belief?". tirtha wanted to know if it would be alright to kill chakradhari if he was screwing daruka's wife. the conversation only lasted about four sentences. both were men of few words.

on his way out the door, tirtha threw dayavira a big smile.

"i knew he would say i was right", tirtha said with all the confidence of a child who'd gotten to the father first with his version of the events. Kirtanananda Swami may not even known he was sanctioning the chakradhari murder in tirtha's mind, but tirtha was certain he was going to do it.

daruka's place was selected for the execution for three reasons. first, it was an extremely remote area, even for New Vrindaban. second, gunshots were common "back in the hollers".

third, the time and places needed to conceal the body were on their side. "without a body, there can't be a murder" tirtha gloated, confident that he could pull off the perfect crime.

"why not?", Krishna empowered others to do great things, "why wouldn't He allow tirtha to become famous in ISKCON?" "don't you want to develop some mystic powers?" tirtha would often ask other devotees, and more often than not, they agreed with him.

tirtha used to have a "Prabhupada says" (see ISKCRIT dictionary) that went like this: "Prabhupada says, 'what is the highest pleasure?'." the answer: SEX LIFE! Prabhupada says: "no! to kill another human being. this is even higher than sexual pleasure.

then tirtha would always say: "you know, he's right! i've killed people and i know!" i always just basically questioned tirtha's sexual techniques rather than attributing the thrill tirtha found in slaying other humans to be symptomatic of the killing act itself. he, nonetheless, believed it.

Radhanath das, now Radhanath Swami, and soon to be "king of all Scotland"; oh, no, that was macbeth. the Radhanath who had not yet ordered the sulocan killing, the bhajan boy, he liked tirtha's "get-r-done" approach and he truly lusted after the loyalty that tirtha had lavished on Kirtanananda Swami. after the st dennis whacking, Radhanath's little string of "preaching centers "became tirtha's safe houses, returning to New Vrindaban only once a month for the four day long festival/ skamkirtan party held each month to honor the collectors. honors were bestowed on the basis of the dollars collected, commonly called "laxmipoints".

after the sulocan hit, tirtha and top buffoon were arrested at Radhanath's center in kent, ohio. Radhanath had delivered the cash at mangal arti and they planned to secure traveller's checks and leave the country as soon as the kent state bank opened. they were arrested at the bank at opening time by the co-ordinated effort of the FBI, who orchestrated the bryant murder using the hapless thugs from the farm, and the local police, who knew of tirtha's return to ohio from LA, BEFORE HIS PLANE EVEN LANDED. these are the benefits of having an agent provacatuerat their disposal. their disposable informant, Randal Gorby, was out to settle a score with the commune because one of it's members was having illicit sex with his daughter. Radhanath had ordered them to kill Kirtanananda Swami in the nov-dec 1985 days of doubt over Kirtanananda Swami's continued presence. now, his attempts to help them escape had almost compromised Radhanath's freedom. with New Vrindaban either unable or unwilling to assist in his legal defense, Radhanath had no choice but to approach his obscenely wealthy father.

hoping for the finest lawyer money could buy, he was more than happy to find that his father claimed he had gotten him "the finest FBI money could buy". slavin, sr. was a long time chicago gangster. anyone knowing the stories of the pre-pure devotee slavin, jr may know that daddy's money sent him to india, prior to his association with ISKCON. that money bought favourable treatment for junior to the point that he would be written out of the RICO indictment even though he ordered the murder and he delivered the get away money to the two perpetrators. that's some fancy persuasion. money was no object and Radhanath would go state's evidence and co-operate100% with all government investigations.

Jeff Cornia (Yudhisthir das) was forced to marry an attorney to prepare a legal defense. his wife, Radha Cornia, represented ISKCON in some of the earlier lawsuits against the organization.

Jeff Cornia was awarded, for his participation in the sulocan murder, a house and land at New Vrindaban at below market value. real-estate speculation has brought about the creation of six corporations at New Vrindaban, all of which are real estate holding companies.

these companies were formed as the lawsuit became a reality in an attempt to conceal and protect real estate assets. top buffoon deeded himself the prime forty acres of New Vrindaban for a rent payment that is less than the annual tax liability to ISKCON, this ex-convict purports to own the Holy Dham, and therefore the right to deny access, even to the life members. most all of these actions are illegal and they exist solely, at the whims of the corporate officials who lavish themselves with outlandish salaries and benefits far in excess of the worth of their performances.

Kuladri has taken a pay increase each year with the promisethat he would chant his rounds next year, but the $80,000 a year salary does not seem to be enough to make him keep that promise. by his own admission, these days, his sadhana is not that strong. his faith in Radhanath was shattered by Hrsikesh Mafatlal's revelation that Radhanath had been intimate on at least two occasions with different young women of his disciple pool. for more information on this matter one can write the following address: sri sri radha gopinath mandir lady northcoate orphanage munsi marg, mumbai, india mark it to the attention of either hrsikesh mafatlal, dr. narendra desai, or Radhanath. answers may not be as forthcoming as the solicitations for donations, but the questions still need to be asked.

the federal grand jury indictment is skill fully written to exonerate richard slavin, the only devotee whose devotee name is not used in a pejorative sense. the doctored indictment scenario has him personally present in the vehicle when the hit money passed from dharmatma to Kirtanananda Swami. the actual events, for anyone knowing New Vrindaban, was that Radhanath came to the skamkirtan house to pick up the get away money. he drove it to Kirtanananda Swami's house and watched as Kirtanananda Swami counted it. Radhanath then packed it for travel the next day to his preaching center in kent, ohio.

kent had been a hangout for tirtha and his side kick, top buffoon. actually, TPS as he was called by the collectors, was supposed to be running the center, and he was supposed to be a sanyassi. tirtha lived off his girls friends hustles and he contributed nothing. Radhanath had to go to his dad for donations since Kirtanananda Swami would give him no financial assistance. now there was no time. Kirtanananda Swami would have to spend money to fix the screw up that Radhanath had ordered. he wasn't happy about that, but it had to be done.

"According to Vedic injunctions, there are six kinds of aggressors: (1) A poison giver, (2) One who sets fire to the house, (3) One who attacks with deadly weapons, (4) One who plunders riches, (5) One who occupies another's land, and (6) One who kidnaps a wife. Such aggressors are at once to be killed, and no sin is incurred by killing such aggressors. Such killing of aggressors is quite befitting for any ordinary man, but Arjuna was not an ordinary person. He was saintly by character, and therefore he wanted to deal with them in saintliness. This kind of saintliness, however, is not for a ksatriya. Although a responsible man in the administration of a state is required to be saintly, he should not be cowardly. (BG, 1.36)

Note: Many devotees within "ISKCON" have been attacked with deadly weapons. Indeed, Chakraddhari was murdered at New Vmdavana by Daruka and Tirtha with the help and inspiration of the Temple treasurer, Dulal Chandra. This incident is well-known to all at New Vmdavana, so much so that Kuladri was having to make frequent announcements to the devotees during Prasadam: "If the police come and ask any questions regarding Chakraddhari, you don't know anything." We personally heard this said. And, of course, many devotees have had their wives stolen from them by ISKCON's sexyasis. This also merits the death penalty. There are literally thousands of examples of these aggressions that it is not possible to do justice in relation to any of them in this document. Eventually, however, they will all be heard and the guilty parties punished, either by us, or by Yamaraja.

DOESN'T NEED PRABHUPADA ANYMORE

In the very important letter to Paramananda quoted earlier, Kirtanananda's use of bait and switch tactics is blatantly revealed. In that letter it is clear that he was trying to convince devotees that they could only approach Prabhupada through himself. In the beginning, devotees are naturally attracted to Prabhupada and his teachings. Attracted to Prabhupada in this way, Kirtanananda convinces them that they can only approach Prabhupada, and Krsna, through himself. Those who are less intelligent naturally wind up worshipping Kirtanananda. Now Kirtanananda has so many of these blind followers that he really doesn't want Prabhupada's disciples to come around anymore. He can now attract new people on the basis of his propped up seat, his tourist attraction, and the material facility he can offer people. Previously he had hoped his sannyasa certificate would be sufficient to prove he was a bona fide guru, but Prabhupada took that away from him. So he had to put up the front again, only this time he did it with the Palace.

This is the real reason why the Palace was built. Today the Palace is a dead monument, maintained like a museum, and used a tourist attraction for which they charge an outrageous fee of $4 per person for the 20 minute tour. Nearly 100 outside workers are on the payroll who build and maintain the entire project. Many of them are also included on the "500" person list of residents that Kirtanananda flaunts. The money to hire all these workers and buy the construction materials comes from drug sales, which include the look-alike drugs such as lydocaine. Kirtanananda was always a drug dealer. We have one testimony that as early as 1970 he started the KSS (Krsna's Secret Service). Much of the Palace was built from the drug money gotten by Charantana, Advaita, Svarupa, Syamakunda (who was busted), Tirtha (who murdered Chakradhari), garbage John and many more. These are just a few of the "devotees" that I personally have talked to that told me stories of their drug dealings for Kirtanananda Swami. There are many addicts living at New Vrindavana who use and sell drugs. When the Palace restaurant burned down, Kirtanananda is well-known to have said, "Krsna must not like that kind of money."

. If we don’t have complete faith in the congregational chanting of the Holy Name, if we have very little taste and attraction for chanting and dancing and are thereby relatively disinterested or diverted to other engagements, leaving ourselves little if any time to seriously take up the religion of the age, if we don’t recognize the beauty and value of hari-nama-sankirtana, and if we are not intent upon practically helping to push forward that most sublime dharma emphatically prescribed by Lord Caitanya, then we should simply understand that we are cursed by Yamaraja, that we have not realized the purpose of the Krishna consciousness movement, and that we have not truly comprehended the highest mercy aspect of the Lord’s ongoing audarya-lila of preaching the sankirtana movement all over the world. The highest mercy aspect of the Lord’s ongoing audarya-lila is to elevate fallen conditioned souls to the topmost perfection of relishing eternal spontaneous loving madhurya service to Radha and Krishna on the platform of vraja-prema. There is no doubt about this. Golokera prema-dhana, hari-nama-sankirtana. Any goloka-rasa may be awakened by the performance of vipralambha-rasa-maya hare-krishna-maha-mantra-sankirtana

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-a27HwyOkgU&feature=relmfu
