I did part of my growing up years in Colorado. One of the most beautiful states in the union. Shame on the developers. The bottom line is how much money will I make.

Once we give up the beautiful open space along 93, we will never have it back. Future generations will never enjoy this space as we do now.

The land particularly on the west side of highway 93 is not suitable for high density development.

I do not want this area developed. There is enough shopping centers, business centers and housing. This is a beautiful area and needs to remain that way.

I am very upset about increased traffic on HWY 93, tall buildings interfering with mountain vistas, and the public money that will be used to provide for development of this area.

Don't move too quickly....once development has begun, it can' be reversed, and will replace the scenic mountain view forever afterwards. We have been blessed with this natural beauty, isn't development better used to restore a blighted area or in a place where there id a need for improvement.

Please don't disturb this beautiful natural mountain valley and backdrop....take the development where it can do a service by bringing improvement to an area that needs it. Jerry Hodgden

If -horrors of horrors-- this looks like it just might go through, than make sure that the parties associated with the proposed(?) development will be/are completely responsible for any highway(s) and related, etc., improvements 100%!!!!! None of this 'crap' 'we got the zone change' and we'll just let the county/state take crap on the /any associated road improvements, etc. If you remember about 10 or 15 or 20 or more(?) years ago a/some development group(s) tried to get the state(?) to foot the expenses on completing the "great highway circle" about metro Denver, etc., and you know who was going to BENIFIT DIRECTLY ($$$$$) as a result from 'that new freeway' in their backyard. P.D.

overdevelopment is ecocide and its just increases more poverty plus it has to stop in this world. This is not sustainable for this planet. make this planet rural again. make this planet great again.
