Vote of No Confidence for Police Commissioner Mr. Baines.

We need a safe place and The best place to live in Caribbean . Mr. Baines like a tourist.. Traveling as he wish. wasted public money. Without taking serious control in his position as a commissioner. Failed his job plus many lawsuit against him . Please check back all the lawsuits record. We live here .. We CARE..

Extremely unhappy with current situation and with the history of crime resolution. A drastic change is required....complete overhaul is long over due

Baines and his deputies are treating the local officer unjustly using disciplinary action to get rid of them while they themselves are committing all sorts of offences. That is the reason why crime is on the increase. Baines has no strategy to tackle crime all his agenda is to remove all the local high ranking officers and bring down his old retired friends. RCIP should now stand for (Retirement Center for Imported Police). God help us with all these old UK officers who only work from 8am to 5 pm, while the local are put on shift to patrol the streets. The only time you see Police in uniform all over the streets is when there is a spate of crime then after a few weeks it back to square one.

Cayman used to be the best and safe place to live in the Caribbean. He Never take serious control n secure about cayman. He had failed his position as a commissioner.. We need someone who is capable enough to run cayman safer for everyone to live in. BAINES needs to resign right now. Peoples are unsatisfy with his unfair administration. Especially as a commissioner position. FAILED.. Such a small island and small population. He can't even manage well. Unsatisfactory..

Think this doesn't affect you ????
How many more shootings, how many more robberies, how many more murders before you think it will affect you ????? what about your family ??? your kids ???? your business ??

Or do you believe that you have some fairy god mother to save you from what's happening in Cayman.... ok well stay asleep, don't wake up from never never land. As a matter of fact, you should probably just move you, your business, your family and your home to Never Never land.

For the rest of you who see and hear what's happening, the reality is whether you choose to accept this now or not.......IT DOES AFFECT YOU !!! Here is your opportunity to make a step in the right direction. Removing the current commissioner will not eliminate crime in its entirety but it will send a clear message to the powers that be that we need a new approach that needs to be executed by a new leader of the RCIPS.

For those of you who say " boy things are getting bad in this place" NEWS FLASH........ THINGS ARE ALREADY BAD-THEY ARE GETTING WORSE....!!!!!! What are you going to do about it ?????

Especially anti-corruption units. Don't call them as anti-corruption units. Called them as legal criminal. They will tell you their statement been ready and asking you to come to their office to sign. What is called statement ? When I speak in front of the officer and the officer will start writing a statement . But them will write for you and ask you to Come in and sign. It's a foolishness the way they operate.

Who doesn't want to be paid with high salary, vacation, and travel with first class all over the world. Any mistake cayman government will pay for it. Such a small island and small population in cayman. It's definitely Need to get rid of him. Unsatisfactory results for so many years as a commissioner. Unfair to treat his staff.

About time for challenge his position. If he was good he already been created a special troop for standby. But he took it easy and flew up and down all over. Not work hard  enough as a commissioner. Then again flew away with 1st class plus his wife all the expenses under Cayman Government. He doesnt care at all.

Please....   Speak up and understanding for your familys the risk that you all facing in reality today, concerning the serious crime where our neighbors, friends and familys living with fear. Love your neighbors as yourself. May God Blessed all and Peace....

Baines has created a double standard in the police, english officers refuse to work nights and he said it is ok, we have a CID department  that refuses to work night, baines had his english inspector call a jamaican officer stupid and he refuses to do anything about it, baines and brougham only wants to get rid of 4 prominant jamaicans in cayman, the Attorney General, The solitor general, the chief justice and DCP Ennis. ask baines why he blocked a traffic investigation when his right hand man crash in the sunset house parking lot on august 12

baines has formed a team to oust local and jamaican officers, imagine tow of our own caymanian high ranking officers walton and scotland have been trying numerous times to leave because they realize what baines and brougham are upp to wake up cayman, he finish with mckeeva now and after alden the man is power hungry and will stop at nothe to hurt caymanians, he schedule public meetings and head off to jolly old uk. he even refuses to hear his own officers, he and his buddies collect all kind of gifts from the ritz and other business people and when we collect turkey during christmas to feed the less fortunate he said we curropt. he block investigation against a senior officer  and hide him in the brac, ask ex senior officer trisha bodden mother what baines and brogham did her. he is not finished there. he always say crime is blame for lak of funding at last a government that said no to him, he uses the money to bring in extra uk anti corruption officers or officers he put in the AC all day

baines fire local police for picking up their kids in the police car when it is raining, but he can pick up his wife and kids, he order a trailer hitch for his police car to tow his private boat, he tasked then entire CID department to stop investigating all other crimes and investigate his boat that was stolen. david baines condemn the judges and all other local officers except himself. who is his boss??? he refuses to answer to anyone because he consider himself god, if he condemn a judge in the uk you know he would be looking for a job.

remember when baines and brougham was investigating Dart, they lost a police vehicle with houndreds of thousands of dollars with spying equipment on Dart compound, baines and brougham finally met someone who they cant muscle around

typical baines and brougham leadership style first they said the crime problem is because local officers cant read and write, then they blame the judiciary for rise in crime, then they blame lack of funding now he blame it on a a four year cycle, wake up Cayman baines and brougham on a vacation to rid us of local officers and create diversions. Don"t expect any help from the Governor she will always support one of her own. we have a Caymanian Deputy Governor who cant make any decisions without a special adviser is he that dumb or is it because he is local. From the days of slavery they always pit the slaves against each other, they are doing the same in the LA the RCIPS and the entire civil service. They don't want a Caymanian at Customs, or they want one they can manipulate. Baines and Brougham must go.

Baines and Brougham and all the UK senior officers were out golfing and had the local officers serving them water and Gatorade on the golf course, Baines block two Caymanians from becoming head of the special constabulary and appointed his good friend Chris Duggan

Who will investigate Mr. Baines and his right hand Deputy for corruption at its finest within RCIPS

Baines will investigate himself and hear evidence against the UK officers, I wish you luck complaining against him, at least Duncan Taylor gone so no more free drinks and family get together with him, but then I don"t expect anything anything different from this Governor. Everytime crime gets out of hand which is frequent now he hide behind a couple of Caymanian officers I just hope they see how he setting them up for failure.

You should all be embarrassed not only at your inability to spell and construct proper sentences but also by your vindictiveness and immaturity. Absolutely shocking. If you think this immature, playground style approach to addressing whatever your concerns are will actually work then you are even less intelligent than I first thought. Why don't you focus your efforts in a constructive manner that may actually achieve something other than quenching your thirst for being miserable, vindictive and no use to society. MR. Baines needs to be removed. Before cayman government didn't have to pay over head of tickets for each officer to go back UK. Today airfares increase check it out how many foreigners or Uk officers on the island. Why? Because BAINES IS POWER HUNGRY. Kept hiring his friends and retire officers from UK. All expenses are fall on cayman government. Especially the police helicopter in total final price. Brought it in n fixed it again. Why bother to buy a helicopter still needed to send to US to fix extra cost for that? Bad decisions and management. Who paid " Cayman Government " for his mistake.
