I'm tired of being dictated to by bloody idiots that don't have a clue of how a country survives. I think we should start peppering them with buckshot and shamboks to teach them some manners and a bit of discipline. Those that stir the trouble should be banned from travelling abroad to spread untruths there as well. God bless South Africa!

I am a lecturer at the NMMU and feel strongly that the rights of those students who wish to continue their studies are being violated as well as our right as educators to continue with the academic programme. Universities should be empowered to take whatever action is necessary to ensure that academic activities can continue in a safe environment for students and staff alike. Our rights are being violated by a small group of troublemakers most of whom aren't even nmmu students. Surely violating the rights of others is illegal and should be treated as such!

My son is trying to complete his degree and he can not due to protesting and the institution being closed. My son has as much right to study for which we have paid for as people do to protest, they can protest but the University should conduct business as usual and provide a safe environment for them to learn in. If people are disruptive and break the law by being violent or not adhering to picketing rules they should be dealt with in the same manner as any other person.

I feel very strongly that staff and students that want to work and study should be allowed to do so. Once again the minority and violent criminal elements rights are accommodated, but the law abiding majority suffers and have no rights. As much as students have the right to strike, the other people that dont want to also have rights not to he stopped to attend classes and work. The police and army should be brought in, if people behave in a unlawful manner load them and remove them.

In a effort to make people realize that you cannot expect everything in life for Free. This country cannot sustain all that the people perceive they are entitled to

Because I am sick to death of the cancer called "self entitlement" that is killing our country. Because there are never actions to consequences. Because of the thieving, thuggery, lawlessness and bullying going on in this country.

Because I agree with its message. It is criminal to deny peacful students access to their right of attending classes/lectures/tests, because of a dissenting, violent and intimidating minority. What has happened to democracy and justice in RSA?

As a retired educator I, more than many, know how desperately necessary education is, for our country to survive and the fact that uneducated lawless students have been allowed to intimidate and prevent other students from getting their right to education is unacceptable!!

It is a disgrace to see the new born leaders of SA destroy every school, colledge, varsity, monument and everything of value. These one sided failure of the human race are idiots. The SA system of taking from some and giving to others have caused the children to expect whatever they break down, to be given back. The world should know how sick and stupid the youth are. Our colourfull Rainbow nation has lost the colour completely. It is a dark future. Sad butvso true.
