Joseph Mathunjwa's cancer is spreading further and further and affecting more and more lives. How can one person be so selfish?

People need to start working. Hungry people are deperate people and that can lead to all kinds of criminal behaviour like theft, murder, suicide.

Word on the street

#160 Strikers is scared to go back to work

Word on the streets is that a person in Tekwane was killed and his shack burned down, for he wanted to go back to work. I'm working in Photsaneng, and many people are scared, but they want to go back to work. Crime is rising. In Luka people sit without electricity because the cables was stolen. Job losses is irreversible, damage already has been done. Retrenchment is happening all over Rustenburg. Other companies cut the staff salaries with 50%. 83 Business closed that we know of. 300 car's taken back by banks in one week. People are selling their possessions to put food on the table. a Person commited suicide because this is to much. How long can we last. Rustenburg is in a disaster zone. Please AMCU, this strike is doing more harm than good.

Stop this strike!!!!!!!!!!! It is harming our country as well as the people working on the mines, their families and a lot of businesses. Open your eyes. Pray for all that is suffering from this strike. May the Lord forgive them, because they don't know what they are doing.

The union is telling its members that the mines cannot close because the world needs the platinum. Both Russia and Canada have plenty of platinum and if there is no more platinum, a substitute like rhodium will be used. Rustenburg is NOT the only source of platinum.

Waar is dankbaarheid?

We trust problems will be solved and people all go back to work. It is not fair to strike and keep people from work. It is very irresponsible towards families and children.

Stop this immediately. You are ruining the future of this country and the future of your children. Nobody wins in this situation. In the end, the mine(s) will close, leaving everybody without an income.

We need to get rid off all the brainless, money eating people in government. And to all the idiots that starts unions for their own pockets.
